NFHS: ACL Injury Prevention. Red Cross: First Aid/CPR Certified.

Coaching Philosophy: Play free flowing, high tempo, with energy and urgency. Play an entertaining, high-pressure, attacking style that can score at will, and defend with equal effect using patience, aggression and tenacity. Soccer is a competition, I expect to compete in every game we play. I believe in Possession With A Purpose: We should be able to possess the ball with the goal to move it forward, whether that means 4 or 40 passes. I want my players to be self-sufficient thinkers who make quick decisions and act on the opportunities they see to exploit our opponents and support our team.

Energy, Effort, Attitude, Focus, and Fun will be asked of each player each practice and game. We will strive to be the smartest and hardest working team on the field.
